Current Insights from Our Vineyards

Our vineyards have always been an attractive destination for birds from the nearby Neusiedler See - Seewinkel National Park. These feathered guests seem to love our grapes as much as we do! While we greatly value the biodiversity in our region, the presence of these birds poses a constant challenge to our harvest.

To protect our valuable grapes, we have long relied on a proven protective measure. The vines are covered with nets to prevent the birds from eating the grapes.
