Kracher Places –
A network for enjoyment and exclusivity
The “Kracher Places” are an exquisite selection of restaurants and bars worldwide that share our passion for exceptional sweet wines. They stand for the highest quality, wine expertise and a special culinary experience.
These exclusive partner establishments are characterized by their love of outstanding wines and offer their guests a selection of Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) wines from Kracher - by the glass or as part of an exquisite menu.
What makes a Kracher Place?
- An assortment of at least 10 different Kracher TBA wines.
- The opportunity to enjoy at least one TBA collection by the glass.
- An ambience that inspires wine lovers and creates unforgettable moments of pleasure.
With the Kracher Places, we want to create a worldwide network that celebrates wine culture at the highest level - a place for all those who are looking for something special.
Maison Colette | Belgium
Chef Thijs Vervloet embodies the classic, French-inspired cuisine. However, his cooking style is anything but outdated or heavy. He effortlessly combines refined nuances with rich sauces, subtle flavors and above all high-quality ingredients.
Maison Colette is more than just a restaurant. It is a place where exquisite gastronomy and warm hospitality go hand in hand, where tradition and innovation meet in a setting that feels like a welcoming home.
A home is not merely a location, it is a feeling. A feeling of warmth, comfort, and coming home. And that is precisely what Maison Colette is all about.
Gaptrast Restaurant | Bergen
We are excited to introduce the latest Kracher Place – the Gaptrast Restaurant in Bergen, Norway. At Gaptrast, every dish tells a story. The ingredients are sourced from local partners and come from the beautiful islands along the coast. This culinary experience focuses on the harmony between nature and people. We are honored to start our collaboration with Gaptrast as a Kracher Place.
Restaurant Boury | Roeselare
Tim Boury is widely acclaimed as one of Belgium’s most exceptional chefs, celebrated for his unwavering precision, artistic creativity, and relentless pursuit of culinary perfection. Under his visionary leadership, Restaurant Boury in Roeselare has risen to the pinnacle of haute cuisine, proudly holding three Michelin stars and an outstanding 19/20 rating from Gault&Millau. Tim’s approach reflects a profound respect for the finest ingredients, combined with a masterful balance of classic technique and modern innovation—a philosophy shaped by his formative years alongside Sergio Herman at the legendary Oud Sluis.
Restaurant Boury is a true family endeavor. Tim’s wife, Inge, plays an integral role as the lady of the house, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Another key figure in the success of Boury is Tim’s brother, Ben Boury, who is the driving force behind the Boury Academy. Rather than being directly involved in mentoring or training, Ben has shaped a framework that allows chefs from around the world to undergo intense training in what a three-Michelin-star kitchen and service are truly about.
